I was just reading a story earlier today out of Florida. Where this guy had 1 million miles on his 06 Highlander hybrid that was destroyed in a hurricane. So Toyota gave him a brand new Highlander that looks exactly like this one. At 500k miles he received a new cooler. So when he received a call from the dealer he thought he was going to get another cooler.
