It kills me that I saw someone say that this also has MK2's player select in it, and then I realized, this had to have been composed by someone who played the SEGA version. Because the Sega version uses the Kombat Tomb as the player select theme instead. LOL
Did you do the transitions at 1:29 and 1:33? They quite abrupt. Perhaps they're just stingers. Edit: I figured it from a comment on the next video it might be different rounds or fatality tracks. No worries
@@user-dr2uy5or9t I wouldnt say awful or great. It was just forgettable. Only one song I actually heard when I played mk11 and that was black dragon fight club. Other than that since mkx the ost's were just there to be there.
@@user-dr2uy5or9t All of the songs are good. I just never heard them as I played. Listening to them off the game all of them have a little something they just don't pop during gameplay like Black Dragon Fight Club or the entire mk1 ost imo.
I bet this is the only good track for the game which I'm not complaining. Soundtracks are not important to the game, but if they're good I'll recognize it.
THE TEAHOUSE 🗿
🗿
Kenshi: "I've been looking forward to this fight!"
Kitana: "You're that eager to lose?"
Kenshi: I don't bet Sento for this fight!
Johnny Cage: 🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓
It’s got the original mortal kombat menu theme as a sample 😫so good
0:10 original mk1 character select
good memories
4:10 that part too
dont forget 0:35 mk2 character select
0:35 Mk2 Select Screen
aw i was hoping it would be the SNES version, i prefer that to the arcade
OMG BOTH MK 92 AND MK II's character select screen themes are motifs.
“Right here, right now.”
Kung Lao: you’ll be down in no time

THE TEA HOUSE
Very calming in a time of uncertainty
I can easily picture this stage theme going behind a Bruce Lee action sequence, and I feel like that's precisely how this stage theme should feel.
Im gonna comment this on every vid of their ost: this is LEAGUES better than ANY of the music 11 had. Like holy hell, theres LIFE to this
Hard agree. Quite easily the absolute best soundtrack NRS has put out so far to me.
Best music in the game 100000/10
Must we go another round? We both know how it ends.

it sucks the music is so low in the game. this song isnt half bad
Yessssss
You mean the volume? Yeah, from gameplay footage, that is true.
You can change volume levels in the settings 😁 I always boost the music and lower the sound effects in these.

Douh this mk1 (original) reference
Yep!
And MK2 character select theme as well😊 at 0:40
That's the bass of the select theme that is used for the tower presentation in the original game.@@amirulalias2104
Hunter My fave track on game what style of music is this called ?
Oriental music, this track is also more inspired by the old MKs.
Nice so chinese oriental@@HunterBMZ
3:23 round 3
Like a Shadow Fight
This song remind me one of the Kung Fu Panda movies
This is a veritable MK soundtrack! MK11 was awful
Mk11 had a great soundtrack what the hell are you talking about

More like 9.5 / 10

Trust it’s not the only good one
Mk soundtrack is actually good this time around (that is if it’s of your liking)
That's debatable, soundtracks are part of what makes games like Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat and lots of other games memorable
@@LAJIRAFA66_ALT I have to disagree with you on that.
A bit of Deception mix in there, and I love it.
