- Hello CZcams! I'm making Genshin Impact videos! And in today's video we'll be maining Yoimiya. We'll make F2P Vaporize Yoimiya build that can beat not only single targets. What's wrong with Yoimiya? Let's find out!

@@oterogalvis I've never heard of Beidou's burst counting as claymore attacks, tho'. After Beidou leaves the field, the slimes still have most of their shield health up, then it's Yoimiya triggering overload that shreds them like OP said.

Thank you for reverting back to the 4 star weapon on Yoimiya. Going for signature weapons is not a must and we gotta stop pretending like it is.
Going for signature weapon I highly satisfying. Owner of raidens, cynos, yoimiyas, ayakas, Neuvillette's, scaramouches, xiaos, and yelans. F2p. Constellations are the scam. Very few need 2 cons or more to be phenomenal.
@@frenzii8332 yoimiya's signature is pretty bad though. It is only an 11% increase in some teams over r5 rust, and it doesn't look that great either
@@frenzii8332honestly most times, constellations are worth more than weapons. I know that there are some exceptions, like c0 raiden with her weapon, but most times constellations are worth a lot more
@@frenzii8332The only signature I would recommend is Neuvillette, the difference in dmg with F2P Craftable is a decent difference

The more videos I watch about her, the more I want to skip Nahida and get Yoimiya instead. And I only have DMC for Dendro.

After Chevreuse release, Yoimiya overload has also recieved a massive buff.... Not to mention, she's the only pyro dps (other than maybe Yanfei, but Yoimiya is a lot better than Yanfei) that actually works well with Chevreuse (due to other pyro dps being mostly melee). So it's nice to see that Mihoyo is still indirectly buffing my girl lol.
I must agree. I played quite a while with Yanfei as my main dps. But as soon as I understood and built Yoimiya I had to switch, One of my hardest decisions in the game.
What would a team with chevreuse look like?
@@iflaxo5875 Well, for a Yoimiya team, it would be Yoimiya and Chevreuse (obviously), Bennett (because he'll buff Yoimiya even further & provides extra healing) and then an off-field electro sub dps.
The best ones would be Fischl, Beidou or even Raiden (although Raiden is a really good character who you might want to use for other teams). So I would say Yoimiya, Chevreuse, Bennett and Fischl/Beidou.

I agree on the fact that you really should consider what every character contributes to the team and build a team around the abyss floors you want to clear. I used a really odd team in the last abyss for the first half of floor 12 to deal with those herlads. The team I used was ( Kazuha, Yelan, xingqui and Rosaria) this team might not sound practical but it had a enough defensive and offensive utility.

wow this is a really great video!! I love that this team isn't the "best" by some metrics but like you said it's based on problem solving and as you've demonstrated too it's still very viable. I accidentally got yoimiya while pulling for a 4 star and I've been looking for a good team for her. I think it's finally time I dusted off my Beidou and build her properly!
I've been maining Yoimiya since she came out! Her personality just brightens my day, and honestly that's enough for me. I've usually used Zhongli for the interrupt resistance, but this is an option that I didn't even think about, and I love it. Gonna give this a try this abyss and see how it goes!

Many people dont understand how she works and the keep going meta BUT she is really useful for walking around Teyvat and cleaning almost all bosses 😊

the abyss has been having one side which is heavily single target focused for a while now. I have used her each time and each time she has absolutely destroyed the abyss.

This has been my team since i started playing Genshin Impact. I use slingshot for Yoimiya and i only have C1 Beidou, c3 Benny/Xingqui but it still slaps 😅
This is where Yanfei is just so good, you can build her seal stacks while dodging, the seals also decrease stamina consumption and at C4 you get pretty respectable shield. And hey, I do love me some Beidou and Yoimiya too!
But yanfeis damage is not it so stfu😊
Cheveruse helps quite a lot, especially with c6 fischl. However, Yunjin builds are harder to justify

Ive always thought about this team the only minor issue is beidous energy problem my fav gs is only r3 so i get a bit stumped in that regard
Yoimiya underrated, She's so much fun to use, I haven't touched Hu-tau since I pulled Yoimiya on her debut banner. Hoyoverse keeps doing her dirty by releasing her next to the Archons every damn time. Plus I just think she looks awesome S-tier Waifu IMO
Idk how to ask this in a way that doesn't sound mean but what do you find fun about clicking left click 5 times without being able to move

I would never pull Hutao i would rather rip my hair out. I dont care if she is the most broken i just HATE her playstyle. In fact i think Yoimia is the most fun pyro dps. I like Lyney too but idk the charged attack is making me feel kinda meh on him. And it doesnt charge fast like Tighnaris one its more like Ganyus.
@@DC-no3vi That applies to most characters, in various ways. You have teams that run Zhongli or on-field Dehya that just don't need to dodge. You have teams where the on-field character just repeats the same attack string over and over (like Hu Tao teams). You have teams that pew-pew-pew or PEEEEEEEW (in case of Neuv) with some minor movement. And then you have teams where you are just constantly swapping between characters while hitting E and/or Q. Pretty much every team has its own rhythm/pattern.

You need to use Xingqiu basic attack to proc Favonius, because his basic attack is the only one that can crit to Hydro Tulpa.

try switching Xingque with Chevreuse in abyss, you'll lose dmg from Xingque and the dmg reduction but that'll be equalised by Chevreuse's massive buff
I use Yoimiya/Yelan/YunJin/Zhonhli and i dont regret it :D Okay YunJin will have its full potencial with higher constellations but the day will come.

i thought fischl will make a better electro for yoimiya since beidou burst need so much ER/battery (lead to rotation/more funneling), but that beidou xinqiu damage reduction is so good
Fischl is better for higher single target damage but Beidou gives multi target damage and shielding with her c1

Thats my yoimiya team that i use around sumeru patch (thats last time i played)
And i dont usually use bennet, sometimes i use fischl (beidou battery) or mika (moar aspd). Clearing abyss is easy with dat.
Why i dont use bennet on yoimiya team is to reduce the energy gain of my yoimiya, i dont like it when my yoimiya got some bonus energy

No you can't, Furina doesn't have the Resistance to interruption that Xingqiu does
If you want to use Furina just use the a Furina team

i guess it is pretty important to max out her ulti skill for this dmg reduction to feel comfortable
Best teams for Yoimiya
1) For her personal damage it's Yoi, Yelan/Xinqiou, C6 Yunjin, C6 Benny
2) For the most fun you will ever have with pretty good damage it's Yoi, Chevreuse, Beidou/Fischl, C6 Benny
3) For a really comfortable team without worrying about getting interrupted with a bit worse damage than the afformentioned teams it's Yoi, Shlongli/Thoma, Yelan,Xinqiou, C6 Benny
Yoimiya is probably one of the top 5 best single target damage dealers (I'm only talking about C0 here) with really easy and accessible weapons and artifacts and she is really versatile. Since she released she was one of the best units to have in your account, especially when her C0 damage potential is just as high as C0 Hu Tao. The only real problem is that you technically can't play her without a shielder if you can't one rotation the enemies because she gets interrupted way more than people would like. Though she is a really fun unit to play, while she has also one of the best personalities in the game and she is just adorable. Yoimiya over all is at least A+ barely not making it to the S chategory.
Switching Xingqiu with Yunjin might be the best option against hydro tulpa.
Can you try her with Chevreuse? Yoimiya, Beidou, Chevreuse and Bennett.
Much better damage buff on yoimiya but less consistent in terms of interruptions, it weakens beidou's shield

Sometimes you can replace bennet to yao and give yomi lot mastery for gain true aoe dmg
I use xingqiu with favonius. but you totally had enough energy, you just needed to let him catch his own particles! if you wanted half a second before swapping him out the rotation would have gone smoothly. and yes, you're are right, the genshin "community" is way overfocused on damage spreadsheets to see the big picture. that's why a guy almost gave birth to an egg when i said xingqiu is better than yelan. which i honestly think he is.
Very based comment besides Xingqiu part. It's the opposite, theorycrafters overrate Xingqiu and underrate Yelan. Cause mobility is NOT on spreadsheets, while it's not a tiny detail really. Then, she has frontloaded AoE hydro application which can be even a gamechanger comparing to Xingqiu, what is also usually overlooked. No, he doesn't have better or best hydro application as people repeat thoughtlessly. Finally, you need c6 for him to really shine and in evaluation he is practically always considered at c6. Now check the current odds for getting a specific 4* and consider how much he is replaceable now with other hydro that provide their own great value: Furina, Neuvi, Ayato, Kokomi... At c2 Yelan is clearly more valuable than Xingqiu and he can be just competitive with her at c6, that's all.
@@user-vr8qd4hk6y everyone with an old account has c6 xingqiu. almost no one pulls for c2 yelan. its weird that you'd have a problem with c6 xingqiu and would still even bring that up. and some of the stuff you said just isny true at all. xingqiu does have the best off-field hydro application, that is a fact. none of the characters you mentioned can replace him. maybe one some comps, but definitely not all. im not going to repeat myself on why. plus i really dgaf what "theorycrafters" say. they're idiots. what im saying are my own words, always. with the exception of unreleased characters where i have no way to know myself and sometimes end up saying something that turns out to be stupid because i believed leaks and sht. did that with navia, took me no less than her trial to see how wrong i was to even listen to these guys 😷
edit: ah. it wasnt on this post that i listed the reasons i think xq is better than yelan. welp, i believe in you, you can figure out why i believe that if you look into his entire kit and what you lose for yelan's copium NA buff. you may not agree, but at least seeing where im coming from is easy.

His teams are just way more comfortable to use even as solo Hydro. So yeah, you can't just make an exception for XQ, it's pretty much every Hydro... Tbh if you wanna have a comfortable team with any character, you do Neuvi (proto amber), Nahida, Kuki, and you don't even need to switch to them while clearing...

But in general point is - as much as previously Genshin gameplay was revolving around Xingqiu, currently players don't have to play him at all. No, of course Xingqiu doesn't have best application. There can't be anything like best application, cause you need different kinds for different needs. It should be obvious to you if you play various teams. Xingqiu doesn't apply hydro in AoE and here is beaten easily. Yelan already beats him and her frontloaded application on many enemies can be even a gamechanger in some situations. What are you even talking about "NA buff', bruv, better check Yelan's kit. In whole picture she is more valuable than him. You said people are too focused on spreadsheets. So now take a look that Yelan bring value that you DON'T see on speadsheets and thus, she tends to be underrated, but players just feel she is good and she is popular. It's not confusion this time, players are right here.

i feel like chevruse helps yoimiya with addition of beidou for example. And she can snapshot bennett as well so the team works very well
Chev has a double buff that's her passive and overcharged E which makes her better than bennet with a limited space buff, but the downside of chev is.. it should be only consist of electro and pyro characters on team..
Also, for the real Yoimiya fans, her C6 is incredibly fun to see enemies HP bar drop.
I pulled for her C6 last rerun. But never activated it. I won't lose the possibility to see the big fat 5th Vaporized hit. This is way I WANT TOGGLE ON/OFFA Option for Constellations!!!😫
But I also want to try Yoi C6 with the second Anemo set + Yunjin + Mika + my new Jean C2

Beidou in Yoimiya teams is an underrated pair indeed, she can help with IR as well without having to lose overall team dmg with Zhongli or Thoma. I prefer playing Yoi Taser compared to her 2x Geo hypercarry variant bcs the team doesn't lose that many dmg if Yoimiya misses her shot.
Oh and in the Taser team i actually use her burst lol and I use 2pc 2pc instead of 4pc Shimenawa

Electro traveller doesn't do as much DMG + they need a battery while generating too much energy for the other characters + Beidou gives you a shield that combined with Xinqiu's shield is great for Yoimiya.

If you are C6 Xingqiu, you can now go for damage Xingqiu. Trust me bro. Better damage and you dont have to worry Xingqius ER since 160% is already enough

You won't be getting enough reactions for yoimiya, it'll be pyro only target most of the time, furina will be getting all the damage for applying hydro on pyro.
Furina is slow hydro applier so yoimiya won't be getting any vape reactions

Zhongli, Yelan, Yoimiya (obviously), and either Kazuha (after Yoi burst if she isnt in Shim), Bennett, Yun Jin, or the Hydro Archon should all work

Yes, it does. The INFUSION doesn't work on bow characters, but the buff does. It's a misleading phrasing

Yelan can work instead of Xinqiu but Beidou is chosen specifically for multi-target.
Well this team is kinda dangerous w/o the resistance to interruption, and unless your Raiden is on a full EM then Fischl is better here

Are still 209k for NA combo, so could be 627k for her whole rotation, without her best comp, (then not "too much"). I didn't play Ganyu seriously (I have her, but just because I was bored that period), so I don't know how much dmg can do within 10 sec. (Don't talk about XL's pyrotornado), but atleast Yoimiya rotations are smooth, and has good DPS (Damage x Seconds)
@@SuperKevinho1 I have Ganyu, and I can tell you about her DMG (140k per shot) and this is only Ganyu DMG without pyronado and my Ganyu shoots around 5 arrows in 10s
