A Swindling Casanova

The plaintiff says she loaned her on-again, off-again boyfriend money several times, but he refuses to pay her back. She’s suing her ex for her money back. The defendant says the plaintiff bought him lots of gifts and never said he had to repay her. He claims she’s only suing because she’s angry he’s moved on.
