Also this deserve so many more views! I remember THOUSANDS of fans screaming for Outbreak HD and now that the fans themselves made it a reality... all i hear is crickets man!

Same thing with Socom 2 HD... it exists! The fans brought the servers back and emulation allows for massive upscaling! It's also rocking a population of about 50-70 people at peak hours, dead during the AM. . .
A game that once had over 40k players, and we can't even get 10% of them to come back though many are complaining to sony constantly to remaster.
people... people are an enigma to me.
Tried to run this in 4k but my PC wanted to kill itself lol. 2k works semi-ok. But i'm grateful to be playing in 1080p HD at all honestly. After years of waiting on Capcom to get off their butts and actually recognize their original fans.

What did you use to get the colors so vibrant? Part of me loves it, the other part is like "it's too dang cheerful for Outbreak!" lol. Looks great though, very sharp!
Hi. I use custom shaders to increase the game's vibrance, brightness and contrast. You can do it by opening PCSX2 then click on Config > Video (GS) > Plugin Settings > Shader Configuration > Check Shade Boost. There you can tinker with the sliders until you get the image quality you want. :)

I record my videos in 2560x1440p then I edit my videos on Sony Vegas (I trim out loading times), and lastly I process my video one last time with an open source program called Hybrid.
