Loved the review of Mooseâs! So angry and thankful, angry at the ignorance of people thinking itâs ok to start a fire, then the nerve to walk away while it still burns! Thankful that you and Dawn came along and discovered the danger and were able to put it out! Thank you both for being guardians of such beautiful land!

Hey Will & Dawn, my daughter is 7, she is in Girl Scouts and while we were watching your video she said you could also put out fire by scooping dirt! Dirt can keep it from reigniting and help with the smoke, making it less smokey!

Food at Blue Moose looked yummy
I enjoyed the video Will & Dawn. The food looked really good and the Blue Moose is a place I'd definitely like to check out on my next visit to the beautiful Smoky mountains!! OH MY GOSH, ya'll were definitely in the right place at the right time, to be able to put that smoky fire out because there's a good chance it could have ignited even more, with how that smoke was flowing. It looked a bit odd, with some of the things ya'll found in the pit and in the area on the ground, and sure hope ya'll reported that to a ranger or the police. It just brought back a horrible memory to me from when we were up there at the end of 2016 when the fires started and we were there on vacation. It was terrible and had me in tears, knowing that so much of the area was in flames when we were driving back home!! Thank ya'll so much for putting that fire out. I love those mountains and wildlife so much, just like ya'll do as well as many other people. The trail itself looks really nice and is one I may have to check out when I get back and hopefully will run into a cute little snail and some butterflies. Ya'll take care and God bless always, Sue.
This is my families favorite restaurant to eat at in Pigeon Forge because it's locally owned. My wife and kids love their wings. One time we drove 115 miles because my wife was wanting Blue Moose Chicken Wings. I've tried just about everything on their menu and I've always been satisfied with my choice.
I'm glad you and Dawn came along when you did because I was here during the first occurrence of a fire and I still remember the smell of the smoke because it was so bad that it came into my apartment. You did a great thing Will and Dawn đđ
Will and Dawn I share your compassion you have for the park, so glad you came and was able to get the fire out. It makes me angry also. The Blue Moose made me chuckle as I love the name of the restaurant which ,is what one of my favorite wildlife animals The Moose!! Keep up the great job you both are doing!!
The fact that they had t.v.s at some of the booths was such a cool thing for me. We went there with my 3 year old and they put it on a kids channel for him. I don't know if they always do that, but it made a world of difference in our dining experience there. Plus, the drinks are out of this world!!!

My daddy would have loved to go on this hike. Daddy died 3 months ago at the young age of 97. He was in a wheel chair for the last few months of his life . Daddy hated the wheel chair but this would have been a joy to him. â€â€đđ

I walked this trail when I was recovering from a stroke, it's very nice and easy. I wish there were more like this or at least more with benches along the way.

@@majorbuzz I'm glad you apologized for being too critical. It was also my 1st thought, but I wasn't there, and my whole community didn't almost burn to the ground a few years ago. I have friends who live there who freaked out when they saw a man burning trash. (My friends lost their home to the fire! Almost their lives!!) Again, thanks for your kindness and understanding.
It took the time I found to get back to the car it was less than 2 minutes not a problem want to make sure the fire was out

Was up there and ate at the Blue Moose just last week. And I must say, the Blue Moose is awesome. Our waiter was helpful and friendly. And the food was out of this world good.
Hard to believe their isnât a ranger walking trails for violations and safety. How do you camp on a trail without being seen/reported. Maybe rangers should be out a little more.
I couldn't stop laughing at both of you when that biker cranked up that bike. The silence was golden. LOL

We have them all over the south so that shows youâve either gotta be from further north or out west which is fine but they donât know some of the good food they are missing, lol

Blue Moose is one of my favorite places to get wings from. They also have good burgers. We try and stop here are least once if not twice when we are visiting.

Good thing you caught the campfires. You always want to make sure you fire is completely out before you leave. It is bad enough they were camping where they were not suppose too.

Will and Dawn, you two are most definitely the kind of people where you know that you will find great food and wonderful scenery. The Blue Moose was great. The chicken cordon blue looked very good. The nachos was great, and the wings were awesome! I definitely want some wings next time Iâm out ordering. Then it was off to Sugerlands trail to look at some gorgeous scenery. đđWill, you should have become a fireman. The way you handled the fire was great. People who do things like that are ridiculous.
