omg I have trust issues too.. I do everything myself, it's cheaper and I do it better.
Story time:
A couple of years ago I had this big event coming up and I went to the hairdresser to get a haircut. I had luscious long hair at the time, almost reaching my butt. I told her I wanted layers that STARTED at my shoulders (that way I could easily put it in a ponytail without having hair pieces sticking out). Now....what this b*tch of a hairdresser did was, cut my hair shoulder length and gave me layers. She cut all of my damn hair!! I was so furious, cause I never liked short hair at the time, It just didn't suit my face and body. But sadly I couldn't do anything cause all my hair was on the ground. Since then it has been over 10 years of me cutting, bleaching and coloring my hair.

Not gonna lie, that hair was really, really, really shite. It was so obviously a wig, and you being the "wig girl" at the time I was surprised that someone with your skill could pose in a wig like that! Thanks for spilling the tea on this 😅

Sammmeeee!! I’ve been cutting and coloring my own bob for 2 years now and I’ve gone to get it cut “professionally” twice and colored once and was disappointed both times.... so I just do it myself

The reason why they didn’t ask you to bring a wig or makeup or anything at all is because as an influencer, usually when your called to set or a photo shoot that is done professionally, they do everything themselves because it was planned out months before.
Usually they don’t tell anyone anything because it’s confidential...
This is the norm for other influencers and other models🤷🏻♀️
I think you look so cute in those pics. Is there another style that you would have preferred that would have made you look like you're from the 80s? You have a nice face shape. You look good with lots of different hair length and shapes. Also, I love your short bob. Its my favourite look of yours 🌷

i have trust issues too with hair stylists.... idk how i pay them to do my hair and they let me walk out of the store looking like THAT!! they keep ruining my hair thats why i cut, and color my hair by myself

The reverse wig was creative and overall look was iconic. Even moreso because you hated it but still rocked it and the fact it went viral in Malta 😂 the looks that have a story behind them are the most inspirational! As a former model I had to do a lot of looks that I didn't like but when I look back now I think they were so cool. Sometimes you have to support others creative vision even if you dislike it.
What brand of straightener are you using it glides effortlessly through your hair and makes beautiful curls....been trying to find a straightener that does just that.
Stella can you please do a video about your hair the right way to wash it And how to blow dry it or air dry it And style it after shower And the product the you use And also how do you keep your hair Nice when you sleep

Are you serious right now.....”it was just a wig, get over it”.....she is wearing that wig in photos that were plastered everywhere.... magazines, store shop windows, billboards etc etc!!! What I don’t think you realize is that Stella is an influencer and when a company make her look like a moron like she felt they did, it’s about way more than just the wig.

Honestly, if they were going for an 80's thing, the way they had your wig styled before you cut it was better.. No offense! Yours LOOKED better for today but that's not all that matters.
that's the reason i do my hair myself too and after last friday's evil clown make up for stilt walking!!! OMG that was the worst make up look ever literally my eyebrows were almost an inch thick and literally looked like a drunk and hung over clown 😠😠😠
I had a hairdresser give me bangs and they basically started at the back of my head cuz I have a small forehead and fine hair 😂😂

This experience must've been beyond frustrating for her, simply because she's so talented and dedicated to styling WIGS. This is her thing, of course she wouldn't be on board with the campaign if they belittled THE thing she's recognized for and didn't allow her artistry to shine through. She should've fixed her own wig, they should've warned her she'd be using one, we all know she would've made a far superior job than the "hairstylist" so I get her. Honestly it's just aaaagh! I get this girl, that whole situation must've sucked terribly, damn. She still rocked it though, but I know she knows she could've made it much better and that's why she's bitter about it. Anyone would be.

Yeah I mean, I could understand maybe being put off by the wig not working out, but ultimately she still looked cute.

She's not overreacting. She's a perfectionist. And this is not for you to decide. It's like telling a boy, "you're too sensitive". Some people get hurt easily. I'm one of those. And when you're told that when you're a child, it not only mess up who you are but makes you become an antipatic asshole. And here you might be telling yourself, "who's this bitch who's overreacting? " well I'm just telling you my version and how some words can hurt. Even a stranger. Thank you for reading this.
It's not about whether you think it looked fine, it's about how it made her feel.
And when we don't feel that we look our best it effects how we feel and our confidence....that's human.
