Thanks for appreciation. Sir many things i implemented in my life because of that course. It is not a magic so results will not come overnight but you can easily notice difference in yourself after and before course. Honestly speaking daily m doing now in days i am doing 15 to 20 mins meditation only. But overall i will suggest go and attend this course with full of dedication it will help.

yes there is a correct posture for mediation . they will guide you regarding asana. But at the end any sitting position makes you comfortable that is perfect asana for individual.

yes for student it is mot important because that age is most constructive age . and vipasana will help to take right decision . at this age right decision will decide our next whole life. Yes viapasana at this golden age would be turning point.

website gives vipassana to all but they have some reserved preferences to business owners and govt officials because they are on the leader positions and that one person can influence many people at a time.
