Paladhi Family-I love your blogs.I have been living away in Canada and have a residence in Salt Lake Kolkata. I visit often to see my mother. Whenever I go to buy fridge, AC, TV, I have to pay extra for delivery which is free. If a postman delivers a letter he asks for money, the internet guy who comes to check the faulty connection, which is free service he asks for money.My mother is a senior. I live abroad but it is also hard earned money as I have a family. I have been told that living in Salt Lake entitles that the owner has money. Noone does anything in Kolkata without money. They say,
" Khushi hoye kichu deen" and when you give Rs 1000 they say " amra teenjon achi, arektu deen." What a shame. We all work hard and its my hard earned money.
