There are butterfly joints on this Vader which wasn't present on the previous OWK Vader or the ANH Vader, but were on the ESB and new RotJ Vader. In addition to that, the forearms are newly sculpted, giving him vertical wrist hinges, unlike the previous OWK and ANH Vaders. There's also extra added sculpted details on his back under the robe showing the slash mark--so the entire torso, head and much of the arms are 100% newly sculpted. The legs are 100% reuse.
