Walnut carrot cake🥕
This moist and flavorful carrot cake is enhanced by the addition of crunchy walnuts. Freshly grated carrots bring natural sweetness and moisture, while walnuts add a pleasant nutty texture and flavor. This cake is made with a combination of all-purpose flour, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil and warm spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg.
After baking, the cake is cooled and topped with spicy cream cheese that complements the sweetness of the cake. Frosting is made with cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and a little vanilla extract. Chopped walnuts are often sprinkled on frosted cake for added crunch.

Milk : 50 gr

Baking powder : 10 gr
Chopped Walnut : 100 gr
Grated carrots : 220 gr

The oven temperature is 170 degrees Celsius
Cooking time 1 hour
