Beautiful housing development but in need of sidewalks. Cars seem to get better consideration than people. Where do they expect children to walk?

My son lives in that area. All the homes have walls around. No walking, people just drive in and out. People get burgled often in that area. It's mainly petty crime. I wouldn't say the place is dangerous. I have never heard of any violence taking place there. I live in another very safe town close by.

I'm sure people living here are strangers to each other. There's no way that a single soul is not in the street, not even a cat or a dog. Beautiful minie city but very ghostly and scary, that I wouldn't have any of my family members out there alone. Fearing for kidnapping and stuff like that. It can't be a good thing for people to be indoors the whole time. What about going to shopping, driving to work and schools or taking a walk because I know Cape Townians love to be outdoors, just saying. Even the streets lights are scared to switch on. Yooh government must really check out what's going on in these surroundings before some danger surprises everybody. Thanks for the video.

Very true, it was very quiet , all the folks were probably inside I assume. Very chilled and very cold might have been the reason why folks were all inside
