Thanks for your video! I wish I was able to get a lunar new year box as it is so gorgeous is a bit deceiving for them to show the packaging on the web site and not get it. For my most recent purchase, I did somehow get a beautiful Valentineâs Day package and am so grateful for that. The box has flowers on it with a pink ribbon! Just like the ribbon you have received.

Ever since tiktokers and many CZcamsrs have been posting Dior codes and unboxing, they've blown up within the past year or two and I seem to always NOT get the packaging I was expecting. It ticks me off because of the amount of money spent. The lunar last year, the packaging was amazing, they gave a pack of 10 money envelopes...this year đ
Tfs. Same here. I get boxes crammed up items in one box sometimes too that my stuff is dented. Then other times, not the correct packaging. It's a shame.
Wow, what a shame to stuff the box with too many items. I think Dior may be running out of packaging and maybe they are doing the best that they can at the moment. All in all its still disappointing when you don't received the Dior packaging you really wanted.
@@modelchickny Yes, but 2021 to 22 it seems like they were over stuffing my box. For example I bought 2 parfumes, 1 cologne, and 2 make up not including gift code I had. They stuff all those items into a square box not even rectangle box. Was very horrible. My cologne and oarfume boxes were are squashed in. Thank God it was for me and my husband. I wouldn't want to give a smashed box of parfume to any love ones.
@@modelchickny i did twice. One said shortage for holiday and covid. One large perfume sample was even broken in another. They said they will send the one I got as a gift for buying over 120. They made me email a picture and didn't send to me as promised. Pretty bad service.
Sorry you didn't get the Lunar packaging. I know that was a big disappointment for you. The color of the blush is pretty. But if you're not happy with the size, they I would return it especially for the price point. Have a fabulous weekend xoxo

My order arrived yesterday and yep, I got this very same packaging. My guess is that once they run out of the special packaging, they switch to this regular style packaging :)
Yeah that always sucks when you donât receive the packaging you expected. And they are running out of all the free samples like crazy. I know Dior has blown up extra since people on TikTok have been doing the promo code videos
I think they have run out of the Lunar Year packaging as well. I think they just skipped over to the Mother's Day style ribbon. Valentines Day is the next holiday. Thanks for watching!
I was disappointed with them too! This the last time I am buying for them! It is hard to contact the customer service and i feel been cheated about it. Done shopping with them. I like watching you tho
So sorry you were disappointed as well Grace. I also had a hard time contacting Dior customer service and have waiting for someone to answer the phone for up to 20 minutes. I let the Dior rep know that I was disappointed in my wait time on the phone and she apologized. Dior is a hit and miss with their packaging nowadays.
