“Hello again G45ers! It’s me Paull back with another Brand Ambassador project. I am using Letters To Santa which is just adorable. I wanted to make a project to celebrate the Christmas Countdown so made this 12 Days Of Christmas Tag Book. It is an accordion album that I designed but with a twist. I have come up with a way that when you put the pages together, they create a pocket - perfect for sliding the tags into! It has 6 pockets, so when you decorate both sides of the tag, you have your 12 Days Of Christmas.” ~Paul

It is but you can reduce the number of pages to make it less work.

It is called an X Cut Multi tool. Years old and very hard to find now.
I just found it on Amazon. I think it’s the one. I hope it is. OMG!!!
