  • I stumbled upon Salsomaggiore Terme while getting off the beaten path in Italy. This small town in Northern Italy is located in the province of Parma and is only 40 minutes from the city of Parma.
Salsomaggiore is a quaint town full of historical buildings including the famous Berzieri Spa with its Art Deco architecture.
The town was so peaceful and laid-back. It was great not having to compete with large crowds of tourists found in many of Italy's overpriced hotspots. We stayed at the nearby Grand Hotel Regina which is also a historical gem in its own right. It was sad to leave this charming little town but were headed to a Seaside-themed Airbnb near the Italian Riviera.

We would have never discovered this quaint little town if we didn't have a car to get off the beaten trail. What's your favorite way to travel in a foreign county?

Omg … I enjoyed a lot!!! I was in the middle of my next video editing as soon as i saw your video notification I stopped and without skipping a single second i watch till end. Everything u showed and the way Rini explained everything was very good.
The last part where Rini sitting and having coffee and mountains behind was breathtaking. I felt u would have shown that part more. Beautiful fall parks, hotel design and the statue all just awesome.
The best part of your video which always inspires me to watch is the love between you both, the way you guys laugh at small thing and the way you enjoy that makes me watch your videos apart from scenery. I also enjoy every small thing, i love to laugh at small thing.
Thank you so much for sharing.

Hello sweet person. This is Rikki, I love your comments and knowing what you like and need. It's always nice talking with you. So very glad you enjoyed this vlogg, I have really enjoyed putting it together. I agree with you, I was thinking that we needed to film more of the crows nest at the top. We loved it there.
      Have a wonderful day. 😘
