Ingredients:
Fresh lemon 3/4 kilo
lemon juice 1 cup
sugar 3 cup
lemon essence 1 tsp
Instruction:
Add the lemon juice and sugar as described in this video but dont mix it with ladle.
Let it set in room temperature under fan for3 days until it turns unsticky.
Blend the dried lemon sugar mixture to a powder
Mix this powder with water and ice cubes and serve yourself in summer days.
