"Dance Moms" follows Abby Lee Miller and the nation's favorite tween dancers as they take on Hollywood while new auditions, new competitions, and new studios raise the stakes.
The road has not been easy for “Dance Mom’s” star Abby Lee Miller. After completing her prison sentence last year, the famed dance instructor was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But if anything, Abby has proven she is a fighter and is not ready to hang up the dance shoes. The new season of Dance Moms follows Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. Abby is ready to get back to her life and do what she loves most…teaching students to dance! With the goal of putting her life, health and dance studio back together, Abby returns to where it all began - the Abby Lee Dance Company in Pittsburgh.

It was to avoid the producers. This whole thing wasn't for kelly either. The moms weren't paid enough to do the show and they were protesting for more money. The whole show is like 90 percent fake.

I honestly loved kelly she was one of the most entertaining and honest moms on the show. She fought for her kids and never backed down. Miss Brooke and paige so so much 💗💗
I think she made things so much worse and chaotic for her kids. She'd comfort them when they cried but they wouldn't be crying if she wouldn't have been screaming.

The moms were so defensive whenever somebody new joined the team. Shelley was lovely to them, and no matter how much you defend Christi, in this case she was unnecessarily rude about the new mom. The other moms were too.
Also, this was the reason Maddie wasn’t allowed to do a solo the next week, as Abby was unhappy that Maddie was out in the parking lot. Yes, Abby was wrong for that, but Kelly argued with Melissa for asking Abby if Maddie could do a solo, saying “your kid gets a solo all the time”, even though SHE was the reason Abby didn’t allow her to get a solo.
Christi and Kelly had their funny moments but they weren’t angels.

I actually thought that Shelly was a breath of fresh air. I wish that we could have seen more of Shelly and Ally, we could have had another lovely respectful sane mom and another beautiful dancer. I don't think that this chaotic environment would have done much good for them though.
