They are not a mercenary group. They are the equivelant of the French Foreign Legion but mostly ranked with ethnic Russians.They have taken an oath of allegiance to Russia and are paid by the govt.

Btw, I am Swedish, and we give approx. 1% of the country's BNI in aid. Hence, it is not just me. What we get in return is a better world. Also, most African countries have developed a lot compared to some decades ago. We went through a similar development with our industrial revolution, and we are still developing as well.

They are all former members of France military who turn sided with the Russian regime
WHEN RSF where still obeying to Khartoum, Khartoum allowed Wagner to collaborate with RSF...because it was part of the power.
RSF was very much involved in the eastern muslim Seleka-rebellion in Central African Republic ( there was too a part in the West, close to Cameroon, of Charles Massi ).
In Central African Republic, Wagner has been fighting mercenaries of the RSF. However they have been collaborating with them in Sudan.
This makes what you are telling is not clear.
Alliances change. Ruanda has been supporting a branch of Seleka, and is now both part of the force of the UN, AND supporting the President .
France has been the allie ( against USA ) of Al Tourabi and El Bachir...and the allie of RSF in Lybia... and, as was RSF, is hostile to Bangui, now pro-Touadéra...allied to Wagner.
So, NOW, NOW I mean, what is the position of Wagner in Sudan ?
What is the situation on the ground in Mali - who controlls what part, evolution since take-over by Wagner -?
The globe needs to work together to outlaw and push out the Wagner Group
