Today my teacher told us that a few days ago, he found this song and was playing it on the Ukulele, that time was vey late and there was only him and another music teacher. When he started playing, the teacher came and they agreed this song was so nice that they'll both teach it in lesson time. I miss this pentatonix. This pentatonix made me smile and fill with joy. And when I saw avi it made me go back to amazing songs that I used to listen alot. When I heard avi left it made my heart cry. So if pentatonix is reading this, we want avi to come back.

It's funny. I heard this song on the radio tonight (first time ever) and knew immediately it was Pentatonix. My daughter clued me into them 7 years ago. So far, this is my favorite Christmas song save for Silent Night. It reminds me that at the end of the day, in spite of ALL of our differences, Christmas makes us all the same. I find great comfort in that.

It brings back the memories so much it sometimes of last year in all the years I’ve been alive for Christmas it makes me want to cry
Every year I listen to this song over and over. It made me miss the people I’d lost but be grateful for the people I still had. My family keeps getting smaller and smaller. I don’t talk to my brother. Don’t get to see my brothers adult children. My dad died 22 years ago. My husbands family is either not in our lives or dead. All 6 of my grandparents are gone. My grandma died this year. My dog died this year. This year I sobbed listening to this song. I’ll never again get to have Christmas with those people I’ve lost and it’s a bitter pill to swallow. My husband and I have two beautiful children, my mom and stepdad, our cat and our beautiful new puppy so I’m clinging on to the time I have with them for as long as I can.
