Whilst I definitely preferred the melancholy vibe of the old one's first phase, I must say I enjoyed the second phase a ton! The element of tension is done really nicely there, and I love all the throwbacks to the original there. Shame to see it be scrapped, but still a fantastic product nonetheless!

You're probably not going to read this, but I just wanted to say this is probably my favorite sonic based song in FNF. I absolutely adore how Chaotix and his Beast form get an even split for music, and the vocals and instrumental just tie it in together beautifully. V1 (Wechidna Mix): Leaks and OC creator wanting too many of his EXEs in the mod. (Or maybe a different second reason but that's what I heard.)
V2 (Obsolete Mix): Controversial vocals.
V3 ("Final" Mix): JesterFrog was kicked from the team due to being caught with CP.
V4a (Armydillo's Take): Vs. Sonic.exe was cancelled due to the fun somehow (Get it cuz FUN IS INFINITE-) ending with the leakers, this was going to be moved to ILLEGAL INSTRUCTION, but that mod was cancelled due to backlash and controversy, it won't be used in the revival and will be replaced by Vista.
V4b (Marstarbro's Take): IDK if this was made for fun or if it was going to replace Final Mix before Armydillo's take was made, if you didn't know this was a remix of Faker, with the second part probably being a Black Sun remix.
V4c (Our Horizon, JesterFrog is Back): JesterFrog being caught with CP, or maybe just ILLEGAL INSTRUCTION's cancelation.
V5 (Vista, Avery's Take): Not scrapped and will be used for ILLEGAL INSTRUCTION.

For context, the creator of the other version of My Horizon, JesterFrog, was kicked from the team due to _being inappropriate to someone._ As well as this, AveryAvery (Chaotix's creator) left the team. This ultimately lead to the cancellation of Chaotix from the VS Sonic.EXE mod, but it has been confirmed that the character will be getting his own mod in the future. I am assuming this was made around the same time that version was created, before, perhaps afterwards.
Note that the other version of My Horizon may likely be included in the aforementioned separate Chaotix mod. It may undergo a name change, or perhaps it will be a bonus song. There is no telling at this time, but it is likely to be there.

To be honest, all the other remixes of this are just based off the Wechidna remix but with different backgrounds & vocals.
But he brought back the vibes of Knuckles' Chaotix & it's well thought out. The original Sonic.EXE devs could've chosen this one instead of the same repetitive Wechidna remixes.

Avery owns the characters associated with the songs and wanted to remove them from the mod, so along with them being scrapped their songs went to, starved is the odd one out tho, Avery only helped with preys story, so the specific song for scrapped, but starved is still staying
