  • Steam train rides for the public were held in Tampere, Finland on the weekend of 13 April, organized by the Hääpamäki Railway Car Museum Association.
The set consisted of wooden-built passenger cars from the 1950s and complemented by newer, though still historic, blue steel cars.
Pulled by a Tk3 class steam locomotive nicknamed "Pikku-Jumbo" (Little Jumbo) from 1947.
These were among the largest locomotives produced locally. The locomotive number is 1136 and it is a sequential order.
The footage shows the train on the 1893 bridge over the Tammerkoski River. This bridge will be reconstructed over the next six months and associated with traffic restrictions.
The destination for journeys was the town of Nokia, famous for its telephone factory of the same name. The shot also shows the train passing under the Nokia Arena, where the hockey championships are held.
The specialty of the engine is wood-powered, so the whole station smells like a Saturday barbecue.
