What length do you cut your ribbons for the loops?
generally 6", especially on a 6" backer but I will go smaller and bigger too on other size backers but 6" is the norm
What size is the cardboard piece? And what size garter or mum would this be for?
For garters I typically use a 5.25” backer. Full size garter. 5.5” flower. 18” braids/chains
