Hi David, i love your videos and the way you explain everything and simplify it for us to understand giving many examples on the way, i love it, and it is rare on youtube, i thanked God when i saw your last video notification and it's about taxi booking, which i wish to finish it, as you may remember i had a problem with google maps last time after i rushed and clicked your link and bout 3 years hosting and domain from hostinger, google maps gave me the error that i told you about on the other video, please make a video on google maps API more detailed and please start it from a brand new gmail of yours because it always asks mw to add payment method whenever i try new gmail, to get the maps API, also in this video, i wish you could click on drivers, so could get an idea of how it is structured, as well as the deposit section, if customers can pay a deposit while booking then they pay the rest in cash so we guarantee they show up. but anyway great video and great content as usual Dave keep up the good work and never stop uploading. You can set availability by days e.g. Mon / Wed / Fri / Sun or Tue / Thu / Sat ... but every other day means this schedule will change constantly from one week to the other and this is not feasible

Install this one instead: Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce (by Payment Plugins). Works straight out of the box. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Stripe Credit Cards > API settings and connect your Stripe account 👍

Hello Mr Web, your videos is very helpful thank you. I am currently stuck on managing the booking form. I copied the form shortcode and pasted it on my page. The form is displayed fine but only when I log in as admin on my website. But when I do not connect to the site as an admin but as a visitor for example, the form does not appear on the page.
Is your page visibility set to private? That would explain why only the admin can see its content

Looks like a javascript issue to me or the library is being loaded twice. Try with a different browser, try clearing the cache, try disabling some plugins that might conflict with each other. These would be the first 3 steps I'd take

You can define how many seats are available per vehicles but not selectable seats, it's a taxi booking system here not flight booking

I got 2 issues here with the software: 1) The vehicles order, no matter if I delete and re fill in the details the order get messed up; and there is no button to put the vehicles up or down. So when the customer orders sees first car the most expensive price, then the cheapest, then another expensive.
2) The price per mile is it possible to have it for lets say 20 miles a standard price then the more the miles increase for the trip gradually to have the price dropping up to a certain level, so that the total price will be fair for the passenger.
Any ideas are appreciated on this.

I think this plugin some issue, both per hour and per mile pricing setup is not working
is there a way to change the fix price according to the passenger count. As a example lets say point A to point B is 95$ for 3 passengers and for 4 passengers it 100$. i try creating two rules using conditions of passages. But unfortunately the second rule seems to be not working. will you be able to point me to the correct direction.

Hard to tell. They're both good, but serve different purposes. The last few websites we built for our clients were with the Chauffeur plugin as it has more options...

- Set Google Calendar ID number and additional settings in a form of JSON file.

I have created whole website, but unable to figure how to set specific area restrictions to a booking form in Chauffeur Booking WordPress System. I already have created a Geofence, but how to assign that to a booking form? I only provide service to a specific States within my Geofence. Please help if possible.
When I'm searching a location in the form, it's showing location outside of the geofence also, I only want to show locations within the selected geofence.

For 0-30 km it charges 40$
For 30-60 Km it charges 30$
And after on 60km it may charge 3$ per km and separte charges for oneway and return.
I am stuck in it for 1 week and still not figured it out.
This option of Pricing is available but don't know how to configure it as it was not covered in this Video.

My booking form not show on mobile devise. It show on computer only. Could you please tell me how to fix it?

No, it's all done via the WP dashboard. But you can simply create a user and limit their privileges to only access the booking section. This way it's easy enough

How should I accept or deny the booking from my email and send the notification to my customer if I accepted the booking?
Normally you need to access the backend of your website which can also be done from your phone. Once you receive the confirmation email, open the Woo dashboard and change the status from there
