Hey Paul. Love the front elevation. The front bedroom with the bay window is very nice. Bath and closet right there. Love the flex/office/whatever you want it to be room. Can even be a secondary dining room at holidays. Or get a Murphy bed in there. Love the open concept for tgg hi e kitchen/ living / dining room. Spacious primary and love the long counter and shower in the en-suite. Lovely closet. Just need one area for long summer maxi dresses. Backyard/outdoor kitchen/dining /living and pool is amazing. Love that the 3rd bedroom has a en-suite. Spacious laundry with sink and cabinetry. Nice layout. All the bedrooms private in the 3 corners of the home. Lovely home. @Linda Yan that is a 55+ community. The price as shown is $725,000. Keep in mind it has about $200,000 in upgrades. I happened to tour this home yesterday and really like it until I saw the price.
