It is not just about aiming, it is about quick thinking and quick reaction. Hats off tgltn
Tig peeks at the exact right time bc he’s intuitively so connected to the game that he can feel when it’s the right time to peek. He’s just on another level
After some time you get used to how quickly people use to push or use nades, you get that "muscle memory" in your brain where you feel the time is right to be agressive etc. Or when you hear a grenade pin pulled you can rush a guy and his only choices are throw the nade too early or keep cooking and die to you shooting him with nade in hand :D
Just quick audio reactions and out of the box thinking and you can break other gamers style easily. You also need to be quick to change your style because some noobs can run over you if you try too much tactics. You just cant handle their weird movement or think they wont rush you when they are already coming at you with a machete for example :)

I use the old school Countstrke source to tune in my pubg skills, go jump on a fast gun game & you will get better at predicting player movements faster ect. Works for me but you will get called a hacker even when your not, people always be hating on real skills and players will always cheat to be on their level. This dude is just good, even I surprise myself with shit where if it happened against me I'd call hacks too lol.
