This is my first homemade beer, im so happy with the outcome, i have to open one bottle today ( a week after bottling) because i was so excited. The taste is just right for me. I love it.
When you transfer the beer to the bottles, it's best to make sure you're filling from the very bottom instead of half way, so as to avoid any splashing which will oxidize your beer (signs of oxidation: darkened color, nondescript cardboardy flavor, muted aroma). Cheers!
