The level of disadvantage and adversity that Usyk overcame in beating AJ and Fury is what makes his accomplishment as great as anyone else in boxing in this era. He won on elite boxing skill and good durability. Fury is over hyped but he was nevertheless one of the great heavyweights of this era, mainly due to his size and good boxing skills for a very large man.
Great fight last and that ref robbed us fans of a knockout.

Yeah but as Fannon explained they shouldn't be excluded when there is no limit. Plus he came from light hw which deserves some credit if none given in hw. He has fought and beaten several significant fighters up to date and also beat top names in boxing. It could be considered shots fired but also solid facts. Wit his accomplishments besides hw his name wouldn't even be mentioned at all if we keeping it a stack.

The problem with Wilder is that in his prime if he landed the right hand flush on Usyk it would most likely knock him out in one punch. So Usyk would have to be perfect on defense. It's obvious Usyk can outbox him just as other heavyweights could.

Usyk is easily a p4p candidate; he HAS been IMO. P4p isn’t about weight divisions, but the lack thereof. If you take weight out of the equation entirely, who do you think has the best chance of beating everyone else? Thats p4p, not weight classes and not resume.
I’d still put Crawford above Usyk for that reason; if they were the same size, I think Crawford would find a way to win. But, given everything Usyk has done, and did it in a weight class where people said he couldn’t even compete, it’s hard not to give him his shine.
Crawford is right, Usyk is the P4P after last night's performance. He has the most impressive resume, has fought with a disadvantage vs Anthony and Fury which other fighters at their weigh class don't do and 2x undisputed. Easy pick
the reason Bud did that is he(Usyk) is a two-division undisputedd champion, wherehe had to move from a lower division to a higher division and beat the so-called top guy there, irrespective of how peeps were naysaying him, same way we did wiith Bud against Spence and he proved us wrong, so he knows ths because he went thru it too
