    Nice video. Sound was only just loud enough. Always interesting to see how people do their brewing. Keep the vids coming!!

    Great video, love the time lapse of the yeast settling. Super cool visual, as opposed to just showing a before and after photo. What software do you use to make your recipes? Where did you come up with the idea of an Earl Grey IPA? Cool stuff, keep it up!

      Marc Lind thanks! Im using the Brewfather app for building recipes. I actually had an earl grey IPA a few years ago when i was visiting tokyo and one day it dawned on me i should make one! Im glad i did! They are great.

    There's no real context to know what was done before this... but I suppose there's no real way to harvest yeast from the middle layer using this method on such a small fermenter?

    Great video! I am looking for a short sight glass like the one in your video. Where did you get it?

    Hello!
    May I ask where did you get the CO2 regulator and pressure gauge?
    Looks really really handy to get the right pressure for these fermenters, I guess.
    Thanks!

      Hi! The co2 regulator came from my local homebrewshop. The pressure gauge i ordered from aliExpress. The pressure gauges can be found from many different vendors and are pretty cheap. The co2 regulator is just a standard one for my co2 tank.

    Since you dry hop in the keg but can from the keg also, do you find floaties in the glass when you pour the whole can?

    • @MasteringHomebrew
      @MasteringHomebrew  Před 4 lety +1

      only sometimes if the dry hop expands so much that the hop particles are pushed through the hop bag. Usually no floaties though.

    did you transfer it to your keg first?

    Hello, how many tea bags do you use and for how long do you brew it in the keg for? Cheers 🍻

    • @MasteringHomebrew
      @MasteringHomebrew  Před 4 lety

      i use 20-30 teabags. i usually steep the tea in vodka for a few days at room temp then leave it in the beer for 3-4 days

    Hi, why tea bags soaked in vodka?

    • @aWOLtrooper
      @aWOLtrooper Před 3 lety

      The alcohol in vodka helps to disinfect everything without leaving an alcohol flavor as it dissipates pretty easily.
