Also, check out the Corran Cardigan by The Creabea, I am ready to cast on this sweater. It looks great for spring and cool summer evenings.
Jamie I am knitting the Easy V by Caitlin Hunter. It is the most fun thing that I have knit in a long time. I am using DK (Emma’s) not worsted because I don’t want it super oversize falling off my shoulders. I picked a fun main color turquoise that I love and instead of a spincycle type yarn I am using monochromatic lighter colored scraps for the colorwork. The colorwork on the sleeves is wide enough so you can use a 16 inch circular needle. I love it! Super fun knit not hard you will fly through it. I think I will knit several variations of this sweater. You know that you love it when you can’t wait to knit another one!
Katie you’re amazing with all your painting! My laundry room needs a refresh but I’d rather knit! Jamie don’t you have a whip that’s round and round that you can bring to the retreat? Sarah I love your shawlography, the colors you chose are perfect. Your rug looks amazing too. I vote you give to Jamie’s daughter, I know her name but wasn’t sure how to spell it 😆
Sarah - your shawlography is just gorgeous - love the color combination - think it’s my favorite I’ve seen and OH - I missed seeing the sweaters - both yours and Jaimie’s look wonderful - Katie rocked the sweater - I wonder about a swoncho because of the weird arms.

I like how you said that 22c is hot, here in South Australia our hot is high 30'sc into the 40'sc. That's our usual summer. 22c is our night time temp in summer

Yep, I was a macrame diva back in the 70s..😂 I actually macrame'd an end table that hung next to my chair in the living room..complete with glass top! 😂 I had so much of the stuff in my house. I recently bought the cord and collected some driftwood to do a hanging a little bigger than the one Katie showed. Here in northern California, we are in the 90s (not sure what that is celsius), and next week, we have rain and snow coming. 😮 What is going on???
Maybe cast on a cardi for Jasper? Have a look at Origami Leaves on Ravelry (I’m Katepwe there). I’ve noticed in some of your past episodes you used to insert the names of the patterns you talk about. It would be really handy if you could do that again…..or put in a link to them. Ok….you guys need a merch shop with your cozy up knits logo/pattern. I’m thinking mugs, project bags etc. How fun would that be?
Wow, I love the colors of your Rug sweater, Beautiful! I wish someone (maybe Sarah?) would come up with how to make these swoncho's into regular pullover's, some of them have the most gorgeous motifs, but they are just to hard to wear, and not comfortable under a jacket/coat. Not to mention not being able to lift your arms up. Not fun! Have fun in Jasper Ladies. 🤗

I was a total macrame bracelet fiend in the 80s. So many friendship bracelets. I saw a sports team selling them for $35USD (!!!!!) and thought I should get back into that!!
Love your macrame Katie. When I was in high school I did it all the time and even won an award for something I made free style.

I did Macrame when I was in middle school in the early 80s. I made my mom a flower pot hanger. I loved it! It had beads attached to it as well.

I used to do macrame in the early 80s. I made macrame plant hangers. It was so much fun but I don't think I can remember how to do it anymore.
