We have been here before, and today we are here to check out the real thing and it's nothing short from expectation. Their strength of town planning is clearly demonstrated within the project when you have elements connected to each other via covered walkways and bridges across the busy Jalan Peel. Just by going downstairs, you will have F&B outlets, physio centers, coffee place, convenient store and if those are insufficient, you can walk over to Velocity Mall in less than 5 mins.
The greatest strength for Sunway Velocity Two would be the strategic location. Not only it's located between 2 MRT stations, it's adjacent to a mixed development of Sunway Velocity, also 3 junctions away from the upcoming financial hub of TRX. But that's also the part where it gets complicated because the amount of projects in that location is also very high. All just trying to tap on the potential of this site.
The facilities felt very focused. They really put in effort in those that matter the most, and left everything else rather bare. And it was a better choice to choose this layout of 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit instead of the other version due to the flexibility for the owner.

Applause for its comprehensive range of facilities, which encompass a generous gym, reading and games rooms, and even a karaoke room. It is undoubtedly an outstanding option for individuals, families, or those in search of a central residence for easy commuting to the office.

Quite a nice project. But better read the SPA properly because sometimes they include the car park in their square footage of their marketing material.
Are you talking abt maintenance fee? Yes, all projects now include parking lot and air cond ledge and storage (if available) into maintenance charge. No longer purely square footage

I agreed with you that there are so many pockets of land for more development alone the stretch from cheras maluri to cheras connaught. So much incoming supply. But if you pay enough attention. The land tht is within 300m walk to the kajang line mrt station within this maluri to connaught stretch are almost gone.
My unit in Tower B (50th floor) is in progress by Makeover Guys. Looking forward to this for own stay. After this will be Tower C (43rd floor) and Belfield (52th floor) for rental.

Always felt this project is expensive due to density. Your review shows that buyers get a lot of value in return. That indoor kiddie park is like a mini Sunway Lagoon. And the finish is top notch.

The direction of the door opening to the main unit is wrongly oriented. It's blocking the way to the kitchen.😅😅
Sunway always build quality products. But the downside of it is the premium that comes along with it.
There’re a few good schools nearby,thus they also looking into the family purchaser martket I guess. (Plus the Malaysia 2nd home thing)

Yes, it is. But it was not covered during his visit at Lavile (you may check about the issue of the abandoned site in his review video on Lavile)

You mentioned it would be the scenario for next 4 years on 23:39... Is it common for a high rise projects to took that long? I am waiting for my keys since 2021... Project at Semenyih
Standard stratified building takes minimum 36 month. If the density is high, it will take 48 months. But for projects that went through the lockdown, there will be extension of time granted by the government because they couldn’t work during that period.
