29:12 - I will FOREVER quote Philip on that because he is right "with a Miele you expect it to be the fastest spin and the best quality..." speaking on behalf of my Millie..who is a 1300 and DOESN'T have the Honeycomb drum...therefore I don't believe it's Miele quality.

Breaking news: ShitCare doesn't prevent laundry wear. If anything, it can cause damage when a screw or something happens to be in the laundry.
That, and bad water extraction > worse spin results. Be glad you got the normal Miele drum instead of the trash they put out now from Gutersloh.
