    I graduated from Respiratory Therapist school in 1986 when aids had just came into our field. I remember we were all very frightened at the idea of having to treat an aids patient. It was that taboo. There were rumors that even the doctors would stand a the door of the patients room and talk to them.
    So that is why what Diana did for these people was so shocking but in the end transformed the way the world looked at aids patients.

    • @lindadecker9037
      @lindadecker9037 Před 2 lety +9

      When AIDS first came out it was labeled the gay disease, straight people couldnt get it. The view towards finding a cure was back seat while young men died daily. Then Ryan White happened and the world found out that anyone could get AIDS. Diane was the first person in the public that gave handshakes and hugs to anyone that had AIDS. Only Diana had that power to change the worlds view towards a disease that was at a time a death sentence. No one could have done that but Diana. God bless Diana may her peace be granted from all the pain she endured while giving so much to complete strangers.

      @@supernova7848 she was not forced to marry Charles. I think just like Meghan, who was "unknown" until the relationship, Diana used Charles to become a star.
      Then she went about trying to ruin his reputation as well as the house of Windsor. Diana wanted people to believe that no one was helping her and that she was being mistreated. She was playing the victim card but she commited adultery with Barry Mannakee who was also married and had two children. They killed him and Diana herself said he was, "bumped off." She went on to have other affairs. Then she did the Morton book and then the Panorama interview behind the Queen's back. Who does that?
      Where was the evidence that Charles was so horrible to her?
      Yes, he got back with Camilla, after being reaquainted by friends of the family..but who came forward to back up her claims of abuse?
      Diana just wanted to use the Windsors to become famous and popular and then she wanted to ruin their reputation and bring down the monarchy.
      Her sinister plan did not work.
      They told her that she would be "monitored."
      When the secret service learned what she was up to and they did, the decision was made to take her out. She had become "a threat to the throne," as James Whitaker said. Isreal was not going to tolerate her campaigning for Palestine and she had upset the armament industry with her landmine campaign.
      If you are the mother of the future King, you cannot take up with an Arab. Dodi was also a cocaine user. That was totally unacceptable. Diana could have walked away from Dodi, sparing his life, but as we know, he died beside her. It was Mossad and MI6.

He had been refused by other women who understood what marrying the prince of Wales meant. Diana was naïve at 19, about what it meant to marry into the royal family. She was drawn to the idea of being princess. They are two very different personalities. It was tragic for them both. Charles did care for her. The small gestures - he flew on his expense to Paris to retrieve her body with Diana' sisters. He wore a blue suit to her funeral because she said she preferred him in blue. He stepped back on his duties to spend more time with his sons. He has never said a disparaging word about her.

Your story, role as Princess of Wales & your short life will stay for centuries to come as one journalist has prononced & may be everlasting!
    Britain! Oh caring mother of Diana; the real mother who will never abandon you, will always keep feeding you with her love, care & make your name & image shine in our hearts. The Media did not target you, the paparazzi did not hunt you. You were this precious stone, priceless princess in their eyes & they wanted to get this glimpse of you. They wanted to get your photograph because no one deserves to be photographed more than you...You did a lot & your mission in this World has ended. Your charm, personality & refined character attracted the attention of everyone& today everyone is lamenting your loss.You were natural & your simplicity, open heart & mind made you say without malice or 2nd thought all what is inside you at the moment you were in. You did not defy the Monarchy style by behaving more openly. You acted faithfully according to your personality & people resonded to you gracefully. You loved your husband, children & the Monarchy, doing your best. Charles loved you not as you wanted to be loved. His grief when he went to Paris to collect your body was noticeable. The betrayal in marriage or in any strong relationship is hard to bear & consequently bring with it unacceptable consequences.
    You craved for love but you were unable to distinguish the difference between real love & admiration for you such as the case of Dody or... Dody was not suitable for you & more likely death was your saver.

    Who else believe Diana was murdered / killed and the "accident" was man made for reasons

    • @ilsehengeveld5675
      @ilsehengeveld5675 Před 3 lety +2

      Yes, I'm sure that it wasn't a accident, I even think that Henry Paul had a big role in the whole thing, because why did he came back, after his duty was finished, and secondly he had connections with secret services

      @@ilsehengeveld5675 if he did, I wholeheartedly believe he didn’t know she would be harmed or that they would all end up dead. He was probably told he had to protect her by taking that route, I sincerely doubt he knew he’d end up driving them straight into harms way.... but I agree that it wasn’t just an accident. If you watch the documentary on the night she died, it shows the lack of investigation or assistance in the matter. She probably could’ve even survived the crash, had the medical assistance been administered in a timely manner. The whole thing reeks of a set up. She was damaging and threatening the monarchy by speaking out, dating Dodi, upstaging Charles, etc and diminishing the Royal brand is a fatal error. She even predicted her own demise via a car wreck!?!

    Nearly 25 years on this very traumatic and tradgic event still captives the world,like all people I remember where I was when this happened I was on my way home from playing a game of Rugby and it just stunned me into silence and I didn't say much at all for over that week I didn't cry until her brother read the one and the only irreplaceable my sister Diana and her brother did well to hold back tears when reading that Eulogy I tried but couldn't it was on a Saturday night where I was living when that funeral services was held😭😢😔,but I remember her for not what she was and did but when her and Charles came to Australia & New Zealand in 1983 the crowds loved her no matter where she went,like me I saw her in Brisbane and I remember when my uncle was on her Secerity detail when they went to the Big Pineapple up at the Sunshine coast. RIP the people's princess 1961-1997. PS was able to put a smile on your face.

    The British press got over it when Harry married Meghan. They forgot about the young boy walking behind the casket and felt for him. But then attacked his wife. Can't they imagine that he's thinking the same thing might happen again? Where's the compassion? And now...he's gone. Bravo!

    Diana was the best thing that ever happened to the Royals and they couldn't appreciate it. The opinions in this video are very silly. They think they know but they don't. Diana could see in Dody a person who cares about her. I don't understand why they always want to put him as just another guy. Maybe he was the very right 4 her.

    I think she really loved Charles, unfortunately. She had this aura of wounded to the core. I think his disinterest in her really hurt her. And you can see the pain she was in. If she only could have grasped that what Camilla did to usurp her was shabby, inconsequential in the larger picture had no reflection on her even though it was there for all the world to see. She discovered eventually he wasn’t worth it, he had no inner substance to occupy the throne. She believed he didn’t deserve it not because he cheated on her but he was cheating on everyone as to his worthiness to become a king. RIP Diana.
