My favorite collab ever, I been following you both independently for a really long time so all the recent collabs between you two is amazing 💜💜
This coop is awesome!! Keep sharing stuff like this and adding efforts boys!!! 🙌
This was so cute and wholesome, and educational!
I need this motivation today! I'm getting back in shape, building strength and flexibility again!
Consistency is 🔑
Without a doubt the older I get the more true this becomes with everything I do in life.
Crazy how strong and flexible both these guys are
This was such a huge motivator
Loving the collaboration and wisdom❤ you guys freaking rock! Keep speaking the gospel.
Definitely explains a lot after all the surgeries and recoveries, I tend to explode in strength and size when I start up again.
Thanks for the vid guys!
This collab makes a ton of sense!
I appreciate this. I used to be a ballet dancer and was SO flexible. But then due to life circumstances I stopped dancing and stopped stretching. Now I feel it when I touch my toes and I just feel like all hope is lost of ever not being sore from just living daily life. But after watching this I feel like maybe it won’t take as long as I think to get some flexibility back
I love that I started working out when I was like 14. I’ve spent most of my life in the gym. I can not go to the gym for literally a year and still look decent. Then hit the gym hard and bounce back in no time. Tons of strength still in the tank.
Juji is a legend! Also a straight up internet OG in general
These collabs are giving me life ❤️
