7th Parliament | Delegates to be sworn in at NCOP

Fifty-four permanent delegates will be sworn in at the National Council of Provinces. The NCOP is composed of 90 members. Each of the nine provinces in South Africa delegates 10 members to sit in the NCOP. SABC News anchor Sakina Kamwendo and SABC News Political Editor, Mzwandile Mbeje unpack the proceedings.
