I do have a question however, how do you prevent your arm from hyper-extending in the side plank? Im doible jointed so i find myself extending outward too much! Sending so much love to you

I believe you are a dancer, so I’m sure you know your stuff, but you should probably keep a micro-bend in those elbows! Like I said, I know you’re knowledgeable, but coming from a 45 year old who is hyper-flexible, these mistakes will and do catch up with you. I’m working on rehabbing my own shoulder and lower back from years of thinking “Oh, I’ll be ok.” 😞 and pushing myself way, way too hard when I was younger.
I absolutely agree! Hyperextending my elbows is a big weakness of mine that I find hard to correct, especially after many years of gymnastics training that unfortunately didn't teach the safest techniques all the time. I hope your shoulder and back improves and thank you for your helpful reminder. Sending you lots of love.💗
