Great exercises Carl, you're doing the #1 singing exercise , nobody can sing without cord closure cant even hit the right pitch without it.
Thanks for uploading your teachings. I've heard of compression/squeezing before, but I didn't really understand it, or know how to really apply it to exercises and songs really. It's really put me in a good direction in developing the tone I want. So thanks man!
That's amazing! I realized with your videos that I've been singing my whole life (and a few years in a choir) with my chest voice pulling it up to the first bridge and cracking. Only now have I discovered chest and mixed voice and I'm making them stronger!

they absolutely are. Obviously a woman would "break" at a different pitch than a male would. But they are still the same concepts
