    I love that you do your videos in 60fps that way I can appreciate the smoothness of a device. Good job and as of the fingerprint I think the times that it's slow you don't put your finger in the middle and that is why it's slow.

    Great review. I switched to the OP6T from a Pixel XL. I miss having stereo speakers ( though I dont think the XL had them). And the fingerprint sensor can be frustrating at times. But I think the biggest thing I miss is not having an LED indicator for messages and calls on the front. I know the notch is super small, and with its shape there would be no place to put an LED, but come on, there could have been someplace else, like integrated in with the ear piece. Overall, though, I love this phone!

    • @fran9519
      @fran9519 Před 5 lety

      The LED isn't even necessary all these companies have to do is incorporate it with the always on display.. They could have certain parts of the corner light up a certain color to indicate missed messages and calls

    Just got my one plus 6t coming from a long line of Samsung phones including a note 8 that I traded in for the 6t and it's been super smooth. I'm hoping 6months down the line it's still just as smooth as the day I bought it. For the price, I had to give it a try.

      @@DimitriosMaroulis1987 I'm not a huge camera user. I mainly use my phone for media consumption and other various apps. So far so good. I will say that the Samsung screens are more vibrant than the 6t's, but that's something I can live with. So far, the camera seems to be ok, I don't take any fancy pictures, just more of a point and shoot for me. The video recording in 4k seems to be very nice. There are also a ton of features in the camera settings that I have no idea on how to use. If you decide to make the switch, I think you would really like the phone.

    OnePlus and Google should team up to create the ultimate smoothest and fastest android phone.
    Here is what the OnePlus 6t lacks:
    -Stereo speakers
    -Great camera, they should team up with Google. I would love if the Pixel 3 had the OnePlus 6t design
    -IP rating, 67 is enough
    -Wireless charging
    -Bring back the LED flash and the always on display.
    I would not mind if they increase the price with all of this, as long as it does not exceed 700$.
    Some people would say a 1440p screen, but I see that as pointless, I can hardly tell the difference at a normal viewing distance.

      Oneplus 6t if you want, future proof updates, a silky smooth experience like stock, and a decent camera. The Note 9 is a multitask beast with a great camera. Both are great devices. If price ain't an issue then go for the Note 9. If u want the most bang for your buck, the Oneplus 6t.

    I don't need (or want) wireless charging, and I haven't used headphones with a phone for over 4 years. I used to worry more about the non-serviceable battery, but my present phone (Idol 4S with Windows 10) cured me of that. I detest Android but hate iPhone even more (I have been with Windows for the last 7 years) and will be switching to the 6T as it's the lesser of two evils. I have been using an Android as a "backup" for my real phone, but with Windows pulling a "Betamax" on us, looks like Android is the winner.....

    If you examine the real cost of the components,is their really that much difference in production costs? I'm not talking about the worst or the best
    here. What I really wonder is what drives the price up so much?

    • @zollotech
      @zollotech  Před 5 lety

      The cost is mark up. Apple generally charges three times what the cost is, Whereas some other companies can charge a very small markup

    • @rikspector
      @rikspector Před 5 lety

      Isn't the free enterprise system wonderful:)
      I remember asking someone why his company charged so much for their product and he said, "Because We Can".
      Of course, if your the only game in town , that works well.
      I worked for a business that charges a competitive price, I was their Picture framer. They retired and new owners took over, I was still needed. Within four years of dramatically in creasing their price, they we're bankrupt.
      What do you think will happen to Apple now that the competition is improving so much?

      wireless charging is useless though. Better off just putting in the cable and you'll be done in an hour or less.. Wireless takes way longer.

      Yes, but a lot of app developers are stupid pricks and don't know how to optimize their app for Pie yet.
      That's not Pie's fault at all, but it does mean some apps might still work smoother on Oreo
