What size was the tunnel before you did the tunnel cut

You got an update on cooling?

I do, rode the sled last weekend and only had to take the trail 15 minutes to and from our spot but with scratchers down the sled stayed cool right at normal operating temp!!

Thanks for the update, probably going to do the same thing with my sled this weekend. I’ve heard you don’t need a kit but you’re right I havet seen a single video of anybody doing it. What did you end up doing with your excess wires underneath? And did you notice a difference riding with the tunnel cut?

Only thing I’d advise different is maybe leave that rear 2 inch piece out, I landed off a jump and a paddle from the track broke my tail light, but I added 30 psi to the rear shock and it didn’t happen again, so just watch out for that, don’t want to have any lugs catch and rip off.
For the tail light excess wire I just cut a few inches out and then soldered and taped it. I also did notice a difference riding, sidehiling there’s definitely less drag in the snow, and right away I wheelied over backwards😂

Thanks for letting me know about the tail light I’ll make sure to put it up top. I’ll let you know how it turns out for me. Thanks for the help!
