So glad this series is back! I re-watched the last one to remember what had last happened. OMG and Ian dancing around the kitchen...heheh Oh geez...Kara...she must have had a good date...and Maddy and Ian studying...were they even? lol And then Maddy storming into her brother's room and changes when she sees Mateo! lol And her crazy, drunk sis has to come in at that exact moment and passes out. Oh gosh..what a night!

I love how Maddy is towards things. She's serious about certain situations and clearly doesn't take anybody's crap, especially when it comes to Ian and her crazy family. I feel so bad for Maddy, she's probably the only one in her family who's mature and responsible, but her mom is responsible as well. Maddy probably never got the chance to have fun and do what most teenagers do because she was, unfortunately, given the responsibility to be the mature and smart one out of her family, with her older sister drinking and partying and her brother not having any sense or manners whatsoever. Hopefully she'll get to have her own freedom. And hopefully her family will mature more in later episodes.
I like how she called out Ian on not being serious enough and TBH, I would've done the same thing. What makes him think that Maddy would have any interest in him anyways? No girl is EVER gonna take an interest in you if all you do is tease her and not take her seriously. Girls like Maddy do enough to get through life in this man dominated world without guys like Ian making it worse by not taking them seriously enough, especially treating us ladies as just a pretty face. Ian doesn't really care about anything or anyone else, unless he's sliding his d*** into random girls or making out with them. Doesn't take anything serious, but he wants to make it everybody's fault because in his mind, they don't understand him. They clearly don't understand him because he's so stubborn and doesn't pay attention to anything. Hopefully he'll be more attentive in later episodes. And to be more nicer to Maddy.
