my daughter and her husband have taken their holiday there with their young son,unfortunately they are not happy,since arriving my grandson has got food poisoning from eating in the hotel restaurant,the food has been ungecognisable,poor selection often cold,if you happen to be russian you will really love it here,because the only food my daughter recognised was rice,most of the menu is catered for the russian pallete,the bar staff didnt even know how to prepare a simple drink such as a shandy,theres a lot more i could say,but my daughter and her family still have a week left to go before they come home,so im just wanting to warn other unsuspecting travellers about this awful hotel,,

Maybe they should work on their amion system better and please don't be so picky. This is not a 5 Star ⭐ hotel 😊

There are bees on food and drinks. If you go to the deck area. Tell staff to glass the machine. Just a quick wipe. They give you a dirty look. DISGRACEFUL, LAZY STAFF
