I feel like the only way I can grow maturely and my spiritual life is by letting go past relationships and certain things does Henry me from God’s blessings
I suggest that letting go is a human condition, not necessarily needing God. Recommend researching how our body responds to the mind subconsciously, how we can improve our health that can lead to being free thinkers on our spiritual journey.

Yes!!! That's why we Catholics have confession. We examine our consciences and check the things we have done wrong. Then we confess them to God through a priest who absolves our sins through Jesus. You should try it. It is unbelievably relieving. A huge weight taken off our shoulders immediately. But, you know, you may reject it, so.....😔😬

Lynn, the Bible tells us plainly that there is only ONE mediator between us and God, and that is JESUS - not Mary, not saints, and not priests. He and He alone is the bridge between sinful man and a Holy God.
Lynn. Thank God for your love for Jesus Christ the authour and finisher of our faith. Know this, there is only one Lord, only one biblical doctrine, only one body which is the body of believer. No denomination in the bible, that's no Rccg, no Catholic, no deeper life. God will judge you on the basis of his word in the bible, that is the doctrine of believer any other doctrine is liable to human misinterpretation /error. Therefore choose the doctrine of the Bible not denominational doctrine. You can't follow the bible and fall into error. Allow holy spirit to judge your decision not tradition. One can be sincerely wro ng. God forbid that l will get to God and discover l've been sincerely wrong. Remember no repentance in death.

Yet another preacher who speaks with a pitch and tone that does not compassionately convey the message he attempts to deliver. Such is designed to create self guilt, impinge on our senses so that we begin to depend on such speakers when navigating our own spiritual path.
They have created an industry of preaching and income as if they have a special understanding of scripture.
How many follow the scripture verse “Test and approve God’s perfect and pleasing will”?
The gospels selected in 300 AD were those approved by humans for the benefit of the support of a Roman emperor with many subsequent church leaders being exposed as manipulators of humankind.
I suggest that is worth researching how our mind works subconsciously to meet our emotional needs.
We could consider that early Christian’s were like those of today, fallible and followers of what seems to be the next best alternative.
We listen to speakers who act out their choice of delivery and we are attracted to them in the same fashion that we are drawn to watch a favourite film.
I shall not be responding to replies, I have nothing I want to prove but I leave you to question if one needs less reliance on these emphatic speakers who often are feeding their own egos, their human needs. Peace and fulfilment to all.
