Greenteck was on a mission like he had to spread the word of popping. Showing China the way, teaching these people. Solid technique and just playing with it. Another level that nobody can touch.
So Greenteck is a storyteller now, I'm glad he's exploring this area of Popping.
СDI man is dope, his style is elegant, Greenteck is on another level, the king. Very versatile, inventive, fresh, 300%musicality and skills. Great battle
YOOOO this reminds me of the greenteck from 13 years ago. I started watching him since the "funky soul battles" with his red cap... anyone remembers? He was still a kid, but those were the first vids i watched from him, and made me a huge fan. That was my favorite period of him dancing/style wise: Funky asf, super controlled, technical, chill, and swaggy, and he was having pure fun. Those hits were different, it looked so effortless and gansta...Im really glad seeing this. The only thing missing is that ponytail :p... (btw im not saying i dont like the later on greenteck, he always been my fav, i just personally find that style so dope).. please green keep doing this phase, it brings me back in time🙏

Greenteck is easily one of the greatest of all time. He uses his stature completely to his advantage. Ridiculous.

he's already a legend, he's already proven his skills to the world, he doesn't have to battle top poppers anymore cuz we all know he will destroy them all and he already did back then.
He should focus on teaching the new generation and spreading the art of popping!

I can’t explain it but this version of GREENTECK is missing something maybe getting older and can’t go to the ground as much I mean he STILL one the best to ever do it. It’s probably just because I’ve seen EVERY video of him but IDK 🤷🏾♂️

the rounds were without time because CDI Man's rounds were super short and Greenteck's were super long.
That doesn't make sense, we all know if Greenteck battle and there's no time limit, Greenteck would go on for as long as he wants plus he kills many with stamina.
Think it should be renamed to survival of the fittest.

It makes perfect sense. Crowds have no bias. They like what they see, and cheer for what they deem impressive. Judges on the other hand tend to judge disingenuously or emotionally. The will vote someone through so it doesn't ruin someone's reputation or because they are personally friendss. Or they will vote against performers they dislike on a personal level. Its too hard for them to simply just vote on the better performer like they were asked to do.
However, crowds also are not as technical savy or objective as a judge might be. Crowds like to be wowed. Even if that is at the cost of a performer repeating sequences/moves they've done before. Or, if they happen to miss a lot of difficult and critical moves a dancer has done. Or if an otherwise basic move captured the crowd. Then again, these people that attend these events are enthusiasts and admirers of the popping scene or dancing in general.
The guy is too big going to have to work harder and more fluent n flexible!...Green Tech absolutely destroyed it!!!

He is a good dancer, even though his style is not very original, he is very influenced by Hoan's style, he performs several movements that I have seen in Hoan
@@marcosgimenez2369 I feel like almost all poppers from Japan, China and Korea base their style around boogaloo puppet head. Every time. Not really Hoan, I would say CDI's style is more similar to Madoka's as he is older than Hoan.
@@HG-bs3en Madoka is older but is more limited in her range of movement and I haven't seen any moves that replicate Madoka's.
@@HG-bs3en Greenteck does the same too (Boogaloo stuff). He is much more committed to his move and is more mature. When you know the move enough and remain committed to it without doubting yourself, you can last longer and perform better. Similar concept with martial arts.
