Never remembered seeing Stevie playing that guitar live
Early guitar, I saw him twice and he always had Strats %100. A bunch of them on stage, he would use 6 or 7 in one show. One was blond with lipstick style pickup, and he used his famous Strat too, and a red one. Saw him with Greg Allman and a few years later saw Jeff Beck and SRV. Both shows in the state of PA.
Did you see him play with Paul Ray and the Cobras? There are many pictures online of him playing a Harmony guitar that appears to be the same as the one Mimi bought. I saw him a couple times with The Cobras and that Harmony guitar fits my memory.

This guitar has a story and that's mainly its value. Nice from the team that has put it back together to workable condition. If it was not for its provenance, it would be worth probably just a couple of bucks, but being what it is I'm quite confident it will reach couple of K for collectible value... Whether it's worth it, I don't know but it's a nice story :) Cheers

Id love to have srv white strat with reddish pick guard it also had SRV decal was the guitar he was playing when my dad took me to see him I was 5 maybe 6 but after that I picked guitar up and haven't put it down since
I think that guitar is called ‘Scotch’, one of my favourites 🎸

Tyrone is an awesome guy and a great player!! I’ve played with him a number of times and it was always a thrill! The best moment for me was after the show when he came up to me, shook my hand, and told me how great of a player I am. This blew my mind! Stevie taught me how to play the blues and here is his nephew telling me how good I am!! 🤯🤯🤯 Thank you Tyrone Vaughan for a memory I’ll never forget!!

You’re kidding, right?! If it was owned by SRV, I’d argue it’s pretty much an SRV by definition. I’d also say it’s a more historically valuable piece because it was Stevie’s before he was famous. He was honing is his chops on that Harmony. I’m even wondering if anyone can find pics online that show Stevie using this guitar in his earlier days. That would be incredibly cool.
Btw, nobody claimed it was a Fender SRV. You need to read the fine print, lol. 😂
