My favorite is Tomb of Dracula, I also like having Man-Thing, Werewolf By Night, and Dr. Strange omnibus...My most impressive horror collection is owning every issue of Ghost Rider in singles back to Marvel Spotlight 5 including the crossovers and events

Locke & Key and Uzumaki are usually my go to suggestions for horror, but there are so many good ones. I’ll have to check out these titles y’all recommended

Some great picks from both of you. Totally agree about Locke and Key, Harrow County, Eerie/Creepy, and Hellboy. Those would all be on my list too. I'd add Swamp Thing (the Moore run, though the Wein/Wrightson run is great too), Nocturnals, Crossed, Fatale, From Hell, Providence, and Hellblazer.

Near Mint Condition The three they’ve released are all on IST. Which is the first two volumes of Aliens and the first volume of Predator. Then I think in the spring is when the library edition of “Alien vs Predator” comes out!

I would've added Marvel Zombies. Didn't think it would be good but was pleasantly surprised. Good fun read.
I enjoyed the 3rd and 4th volume.
When people ask me i say. Crawl to me, severed and 30 days of night. Ec archives needs sorting out, recoloured and omnibus'd.

The only one I’d add would be tomb of Dracula, actually maybe from hell as well. Thinking about it does Moore’s swamp thing count? Too many to list😂

If you like Hermann art work in Station 16 you should check Jeremiah by Hermann. It's an excellent series.

there are these giant size editions of Locke and key at my local store but only volumes 2 and 3 of 6. 100 bucks cover price. can't seem to find them online anywhere or whether or not the whole run is in this format

Near Mint Condition too expensive for the content imo. for the same price I can get an absolute with 2-3 times as many issues
The Master versions are the ones I would get.
The Goon is awesome. Definitely number 1 for me.
Eric did get his Goon back and it is under his own company now. So maybe we will get more of The Goon??

The Crow!! Damn I used to love that as a teen.
For me it doesn't get better than 'John Constantine Hellblazer'. Particularly the storylines Royal Blood; and Son of Man. Early Swamp Thing by Len Wein is also pretty good horror.
Wladimir Bassett-Torres can’t wait for that Hellblazer omnibus.
Requiem Vampire Knight is out of this world, the art is glorious, i think a couple of volumes are OOP though

Dead Space, Dead Space Salvage and Dead Space Liberation
and Marvel's adaptations of the Laurell K. Hamilton's Anita Blake Vampire Hunter novel series
Did they do adaptations of the Dead Space game? Were they also by Ellis>

Providence and Neonomicon by Alan Moore are some of the best horror comic books ever made!!
I haven't read Providence, but Neonomicon was a good read.
If I were to recommend something, I would recommend Johnny the homicidal maniac. I won’t say anything other then, if you like your comedy black and gruesome, then you should probably check that out. It’s also made by the same guy who made the Nickelodeon show invader zim.

Yes, it is a seven issue comic that was made by jhonen vasquez (aka the genius mind behind invader zim) and it spawned two spinoff comics called I feel sick and squee! If you ever interested, then check out, it’s pretty cool. Although again if your not into gruesome, black comedy, then it might not be for you. Btw, loved the video!
Where do you start with those Tales of The Crypt books?

Uzumaki is probably the creepiest thing I've ever read, and had me creeped out for weeks after reading it.

What do you have against the Walking Dead comics?
Not my cup of tea. Repetitive with a revolving cast I never cared for. Maybe Michone and Andrea. Just wasn’t for me, but I did read the entire thing.

Oh. I stand by that. I didn’t think it fit the book. I thought someone like Bill Sienkiewicz would work better. But honestly. It grew on me on second and third read through.

I read Nailbiter and it is a fast read. But it felt like Scooby Doo, like very childish. Like it wasn't even a horror. Sorry!

Omar is right of course, enjoyment of art ís personal. And the same goes for horror. Because everybody has their own things that scare them. So it can be that somebody doesn’t like a horror because of the art style, where he or she could maybe love it if the art style would have been more to his/her liking. And that’s a shame. But preferences can change. I read Robert Kirkman’s Outcast, and the first couple of chapters it looked very amateurishly written to me. I hated it. But I kept reading, and by the end of the first Deluxe Edition I had fallen in love with it. He has a way of writing that is nowhere else to be found. Some kind of realism at work there, I can’t put my finger on it. Same goes for Walking Dead. If you don’t like it, maybe you don’t have the right mindset for it. And maybe you could change that mindset so you cán love it. Like you can suspend your disbelief that a human being can fly, and consequently like superhero stories. I just want to point to the wonderful feeling you can get when you overcome your selfinflicted limitations, opening a door to a new world of understanding or love.
Other suggestions are the manga Superdimensional Love Gun, for those who like bodily distortions, sex, and weirdness. Charles Burns’ Black Hole, for the same people. The manga Dragon Head for more psychological horror. And anything by Junko Mizuno, for those who like cute cuddly girls mixed with horror elements.
I now have to go reread 3 horror comic suggestions Omar and Maddy made, that I didn’t like reading the first time.
