The only album by the group from Bonn. A cross between early Eloy, Pink Floyd, plus a little Yes, and German progressiveness typical of those times. The album was recorded in London at Decibel Studios. Texts are in English. The disc was recorded in 1975, but was released only in 2000. And in those days they managed to release only a couple of singles and in 1977 the group broke up. Stylistically, this is quite heavy, fantasy prog. I recommend!

Eloy? Who is Eloy? Lmao! Ive seen that name ‘Eloy’ before. Probably youtube suggestions. This album cover likely would’ve sold this bands music in 1975. That’s what people wanted’ Record companies didn’t ‘get it’ until singer ‘meatloaf’ released ‘bad out of hell’ huge success., Even though that album cover doesn’t fit the music. I think some people bought that record(bad out of hell) thinking ‘hard rock’

@@DannyHood-j Eloy is a progressive/space rock band from Germany. The name of the group is borrowed from the science fiction novel by H. Wells "The Time Machine", where "Eloi" is the name of one of the races of people. Created by guitarist Frank Borneman, who has been the only constant member of the group since its inception. The original band looked like this: Erich Schriever (vocals, keyboards), Helmut Dracht (drums), Manfred Wiezorke (guitar, bass, vocals) and Wolfgang Stoker (bass)

there was TWILIGHT.
I have never heard of this band 🎵🎶 before,
but it sounds absolutely amazing 😺👍.
The hard rock band 🎵🎶 of fantasy 📜, dragons 🐲🐉, swords ⚔️🗡️🛡️ and wizards 🧙.

The guitar tone is great, when the guitarist plays what he ‘likes’ to play’. Heavy. Record companies destroyed good bands back then. Because they were stupid typical.

oh,yes they do put out a lot of marvelous lost and buried treasures.For me,it's a good thing that I have been at this collecting affliction a long time,pretty much coming in at ground level,
buying much of it when they were released,when it was affordable.

@@Djraven3500 Being a child of an Military Parent, you traveled everywhere. I got a lot of stuff at what they call the BX (Base Exchange) store. I remember if they were big named groups like Led Zeppelin the LP cost 3.45$ if it was a band like Pax they would only cost 2.80$. But since around 2000 alot of the bands I got on CD reissued from Those early days. I got alot of music like punk rock that I have been thinking about starting a second channel. Btw I got alot of free Records when I was a DJ, not on a Radio Station but at Strip Joints & Rock Clubs. ✌️🎶🎶🎶🎤
