This week has whizzed by.been so busy that only managed some rubbish treadmill 😢 pr tomorrow then my 10 next week.not hopeful for a better time there but have 2 more local 10s in the pipeline. Ty for update,i always do better after watching running vlogs 👍
Don’t worry just make sure you enjoy the running and having some back up runs is a great idea
It is never easy to be able to follow a training plan perfect, but I think you have a good plan. I have a terrible time right now in my preparation for the 10k in Oslo Marathon in september. 3 weeks ago I had to abort my tempo run after 7k due to a terrible pain under my heel. Plantar fasciitis😰. Almost no training for 3 weeks, but yesterday I finally managed to run 9 k and still feeling ok (ish). I will run my 10 k race, but only to enjoy the crowd😅. Thats life…..

I have paused my garmin plan,it was too rigid for fitting in around my day. I am going to enjoy my 10k event and probably enter 2 more too. I did enjoy my pr today.
