If the plaintiff has to prove injury 🤕 then the defendant will always get away with the crime, e.g. Flint Water
The law requires amendment to protect right of plaintiffs or people

In my opinion, we should have no homeless problem in an at-will employment State simply with equal protection of our own at-will employment laws for unemployment compensation. Officers of the Court engaged in public defense should have the duty and obligation to file class actions on behalf of the disenfranchised. The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.

I have culpability in my condition, yet I’m trying to rise. These interwoven realities amidst shifting conditions and efforts need us…

And why would a person launch a Class Action, knowing they might get $10 at the most??

How hard is it to prove misappropriation of funds? The state of California child support division collects a extra amount per week for back child support but won't apply it to back payments tell recent monthly payments are paid. Isn't this like the definition of misappropriation of funds?

Also they turn around and collect interest on said back payments (arrears) while collecting money for it but not putting it towards the balance of arrears, how is this not illegal?

If someone were to suffer from PAWS from amphetamines… if it’s not in the PI, doesn’t that create a case? That would also show even more villainy of armies who used amphetamines on mass scales and divergence from higher and caring thought process.
Consider this… if the Supreme Court enabled care as a public good of sorts (ACA)… wouldn’t sales people or companies employing high degree of residual income while deemphasizing the pull through of planned and or promised benefit lead to grounds for another class action law suit?
The disconnect or rather the “silos” of regulation or the created divisions or work groups create a blown up version of thriving in ambiguity as merit… but really it’s intention of cognitive dissonance in lieu of profit streams.
It’s about as simple as cancer clusters understandings of translational medicine.
We can’t just litigate our way out of this mess, but we also can’t create more mess by pretending it wasn’t and isn’t a mess. How awful for all the people and families who suffered through these mazes.
It’s a lot, but the denial of health systems or insurance or industry to deny the needs of safe, secure and effective health interoperable systems even across systems… unreal.
There are so many many organizations and sectors working for better… but large collection houses of these data and studies need to understand that that things like capture by politics or fundraising does not limit the needs of better.
And beyond… epic or large efforts of control, can be good, but not at the expense of relationships of providers and the reimbursement pathways and needs of services of communities.
Low income subsidy… Medicare… social security. Commercial, self insured… ACA…. On and on. We have good tools to do this work. It’s also working.
I am not an expert in all these matters, but I know there are a lot of moving parts and transitions happening. The needs of integrity and competence…

Is it possible to sue social media platforms for cancellation of accounts / restricting account access and manipulation of information. Basically can we do something about these cancel culture entities. Or put some regulations on them as they've become so big and affecting majority of population.

You can always sue. The question is whether you can win. :)
