The camera director is ridiculous we dont need to see judges or audience face evry 5 seconds
Every got talent show is the same. It's beyond annoying
You read my mind! This has been an ongoing annoyance for me with the Got Talent franchise. Let us see the talent! I don't care about judge reactions or audience reactions during a performance. Also, zooming in on individual performers during a group act takes away from the viewing experience. I guess the "talent" is far less important than the judges egos/screen time.

These tricks all work the same way, but the dumb camera cutting in and out might fool people. She escaped out the back in the tarp/blanket/cover the guy pulled off but then the camera cuts away and when next wee see the blanket it's in a pile near the edge of the stage in the back where she was able to get behind the curtains and run around to the auditorium in back. There was another person hidden inside the claw contraption, from a side view you can see it is very deep and easily fit someone in there who was the one wiggling the hands and feet. That person either remained in the hidden compartment that allowed hands and feet to slide out or did a quick move to slide back into the hidden area before they opened the claw.
PS - I still gave the video a thumbs up for the showmanship and props.
camera cuts are cheating.
It's always like that at TV. During a lot of similar trick at AGT, you clearly see some people near the guy/girl appear in the crowd just disapointed lol
@@Allen_Leigh_Canada I'm not saying the trick is entirely reliant on the camera. The magician is able to perform the trick live because most people don't know what to look for. But once you understand the method, you can clearly tell what's going on as the trick is being played out. The camera cutting away to show the audience and the judges prevents us from seeing it.
@@Allen_Leigh_Canada Sometimes true, but not in this case. The trick is not in the camera cuts. It's very simple actually but even it was a continuous shot, most people wouldn't understand how she got out of the contraption.

1:17 & 1:37 Looks like she got whisked away in the hidden compartment of the mobile staircase. 2:20 And her body double is hiding in the compartment under the table. All painted black to make it less noticeable. 😅
The editing was so bad. Too many cuts, bad angles. It ruined whatever tension the act might have had.

I swear Canadas Got Talent has no talent. Judges are part of every acts. They need a better crowd reaction, sounds and just everything else. AGT is better!
Now the big question is what will she do next that will top this? I really hope she thought through how to escalate her next trick without feeling it's lesser than her first one or be too over-the-top. I've seen too many escape artists screw that up in this kind of show.
