Madill 124 at work in the Hawke's Bay region of NZ | Porter Equipment

Recently added to Cox Forestry Services’ fleet, the Madill 124 is a premium fully interlocking swing yarder.
The 124 has a 60 foot yarding boom and offers 3 guylines as standard.
Power is delivered by a Detroit Series 60, 14.0 Litre, 450 HP Turbo charged engine mated to an Allison 4500 OFS Powershift transmission with auto lock-up torque converter.

I love this machine when I first got mine it only had 13 hours on it. The best!

We had 2, 124's in Northern BC Canada. I was the mechanic that chased them both and kept them working all day. Grapple or drop line carrige made little difference At the end of a day they put up a pile of wood for sure.
