Of course the new Range Rover sports are beautiful, but I really like this classic design, I have the same engine in my XF and it was a beast, as I’m sure you know they can have water pump issues, injector issues, and can burn oil, just make sure to check that oil often. Oh and definitely get the transmission fluid changed the dealer will refuse to do it but it’s not sealed for life, beautiful Car hope it last last along time
This Rover looks very nice interior and exterior it's simple, luxury, and gives a presence. We had a problem with the spark plug it wouldn't work but other wise a great car. Unfortunately we gave it away and got a new car. We have the video of the car when we gave it away and the new car we picked up. We didn't know that the dealer would refuse to change the transmission fluid thats pretty messed up especially for a car like that. We believe you should get full service no mater what the problem is. Thank you for writing especially the last part very informative. Your XF is one beast with that engine under the hood. You must be doing 0-60 under 4.5 sec. Nice car Nick Babeaux.
@@highrevs6586 Oh that’s awesome I will check the video out, yeah that contrasting color leather is killer, yeah Jaguar Land Rover along with BMW and Mant other manufacturers use ZF transmissions, they say they’re sealed for life, but the oil breaks down, and you can imagine after 80 to 100,000 miles it’s going to be pretty dirty. The dealer doesn’t do it because if you wait till like 120,000 miles and you change it with new fluid it could have problems, but the rule of thumb is with any car you should change the transmission fluid between 60 and 90,000 miles no matter if they are sealed for life or not. Yeah my XF supercharged did 0 60 in the low fours, the 5.0 is a pretty reliable engine with a few faults, the range rovers always have issues with air suspension so probably best that you gave it away because it can get quite expensive to fix👌
Nick Babeaux the ZF transmissions are one of the best transmissions out there. The company should change your transmission oil regardless sealed for life or not, that should be a part of the owners experience with a Jaguar or Land Rover. We love that 5.0 it gives such a nice sound, great performance, and they are like you said pretty reliable.

Very nice with this sport body kit (I don’t know what the name is haha). In Europe, u rarely see them with this sport package. I was looking for a 2012 Range rover sport but with the more efficient (and also a lot cheaper in belgium) sdv6 engine. The only thing holding me back is the running costs as I am only 20 years old. Also a very funny video, especially how he gave the keys haha
Thanks for the appreciation of this v8 monste. The body kit makes it look so muscular in real life something video can't capture. Before this v8 we had the sdv6 hse and to be honest with you the initial takeoff is better than the v8 and fuel economy is so much better. Indeed trying to find one cheap is hard but possible. Thank you very much for watching the videos.
This is not a "body kit" but rather a standard, factory set up for autobiography trim level. From supercharged trim, you get 2 tone interior, 2 tone seats with contrast stitching, outside you get those plastic moldings on the doors painted to body color, also slightly different, more aerodynamic front and rear bumpers + square exhaust tips.
@@gieltimmermans yeah, I am on my 2nd RRS now and running cost can add-up easpecially if you intend to keep it top notch. You absolutelly can not buy these cars with your last money, you will need $3-4-5 grand on the top of purchase price to perfect it, trust me, even if it does not look like it, you will spend them. Also, you should be able to afford throwing few grand in to it once in a while. Many upkeep items are not a big deal and can be done by owner and save ton of money. I am at 93K miles now.
Roman D Yes you surely need to look after them very well! I have a BMW X5 F15 and it can also be expensive to fix. It is at 90.000km’s and 1 of the air suspenions broke which was a costly repair
How reliable was it for the owner? I'm trying to get something similar. Does it lose power after 100k miles? And ofcourse it's definitely not good on gas.
The car was fairly reliable the only thing that needed work were the spark plugs. The engine is phenomenal, the power and the sound it produces is amazing. If you are willing to get this car please make sure to take real good care of it because if not it will die out on you. Don't even ask about the mpg. We were getting somewhere near 13mpg in the city and 18-20 on the highway.
I have a 2017 Range Rover sport autobiography and I like the new design way better the older models are cheap and not reliable definitely not luxury like mine
The new design is less boxy. I am not a fan of the box design that the old ones have, but for a 2013 car that thing had some good luxury. How many cars in 2013 had a secret camera menu that would show different angles.
NOOO WAAAYYY!! This is so cool. Congratulations on getting the car. We hope you get the most joy out of that car, what a sweet sweet Supercharged V8. And please share the experience would be awesome to hear your thought on the car.
C'est vraiment une super voiture. Les performances et le luxe sont incroyables. Nous sommes désolés mais la voiture est déjà vendue. Si vous regardez nos vidéos, vous pourriez nous voir donner la voiture. À votre santé.
The primary thing I and alot of Range Rover enthusiasts truly love about Range Rovers are the boxy masculinity in it's character profile... So, calling it "shapeless" and saying it's a problem, is your very own opinion, after all, indeed, Range Rovers aren't for everyone.
I love this car. I love this model much more than the recent models. The panoramic roof and that front look is just amazing.
Maybach Meeky we are great to hear that you love it. She really is a beauty especially that v8. In person the sound will give you goosebumps.
This car costs around $40,000 or depending on some packages. Sometimes if your luck great deals pop up from some dealerships .
yes. i like it better too than the recent ones
High Revs hey can you do a review on a 2017 Infiniti Q50 sport please
If we could get our hand on one for sure we would absolutely love to.
I prefer the L322 over the a L320, the split tail gate is for me a must have for a Range Rover but never the less a very very nice L320!
Awesome review. Love your collaboration. Thanks guys

Roman D Yes I know but my English isn’t that good so that’s why I said body kit in the first sentence but sport package in the next sentence

The old designs are the best
Which bodykit is that
Not exactly sure but we think it's the standard kit from Land Rover

Are you Italian ? I hear the spaghetti & meatballs accent
Hahahaha no we aren't Italian. We have a Brooklyn accent. Funny enough we get that quite a lot.

The problem with range Rover is the shapeless car
That is completely understanding about the shape. The box on wheels doesn't suit everyone.

Nice car such a bad review
This was dreadful to watch! 👎🏻
